Mes-like cells indicated the presence of individual cells in the blastocoel. *Chi-square test indicates significant difference of 0.05>P>0.01 when compared to uninjected animal half (AH). **Chi-square test indicates significant difference of 0.01>P>0.001 when compared to the uninjected AH. ***Because the expected value was 0, this produces a numerator of 0 in the Chi-square test, so a larger expected value of 1 was substituted to perform the test for significance.
