The RD1 of Dbx1 and Dbx2 (blue) is predicted to be in a helix conformation with a relatively low solvent accessibility. The RD2 of Dbx1 (red) also has a relatively low solvent accessibility but no specific secondary structure predicted. The Cter domain of Dbx1 (green) has a high solvent accessibility due to the enrichment in acidic residues, and no specific secondary structure predicted.
