Relative phylogeny of Tylenchomorpha nematodes discussed in this study. The phylum Nematoda is divided into 12 clades [5, 6]. Tylenchomorpha nematodes are in clade 12. Branch lengths do not represent phylogenetic distance and some nodes are not consistently well supported. For example, the node separating Heterodera spp. and R. reniformis is supported by a maximum likelihood bootstrap value of 56 [6]
