Temporal expression profile of Wnt candidate genes in colonies at early blastogenic stages. Quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (qRT-PCR) expression analysis of Wnt ligands Wnt2B (A), Wnt9A (B), and Wnt5A (C) within the first three stages of the blastogenic life cycle. The ordinate values are relative expression levels normalized to the expression level of Ef1-α in 9/7/1 stage according to the 2-∆∆Ct (see ‘Methods’ section) and displayed in arbitrary units.
